Employment Ontario can help you get training, build skills, or find a job. This website has resources and a live chat option, which allows you to speak to a government employee who can answer questions related to your job search, employment services, academic credentials assessments, and bridging programs.

Academic Credential Evaluations and Assessments, and Related Employment Pathways
WILL Access (formerly the Access Centre for Regulated Employment) provides information and application assistance to internationally-trained individuals seeking licensure or related employment in Ontario’s regulated professions. This also includes accessing the Internationally Trained Worker Loan Program provides, and counselling for alternative Employment pathways.

Employment-Geared Education and Language Programs
Collège Boréal - Bridge Training Program is intended for internationally-educated Francophone professionals in the Supply Chain Sector by allowing them to gain experience in Canada through an internship and learn about Canadian culture in a professional setting.
Eligibility criteria
- Naturalized Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a convention refugee, protected person or refugee claimant eligible to work in Canada (must not have previous Canadian work experience in the field)
- Must have a post-secondary degree from outside of Canada
- Minimum of 2 years related professional experience from outside of Canada
- Minimum level of NCLC 7 in French and 5 in English (for Francophones), or 7 in English and 5 in French (for Anglophones)
Collège Boréal – Enhanced Language Training program helps newcomers to improve your language skills for free. This includes 8 weeks of in-class language training, and 5 weeks of work placement or a mentorship with a Canadian employer.

- 18 years or older

- Intermediate level of NCLC 6+ language proficiency in English

ATN Access is a non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities find employment, upgrade their skills and qualifications, and specializes in computer-assisted training and learning.
March of Dimes Employment Services ensures people with disabilities have access to employment. They offer job preparation services and connections with employers who actively hire people with disabilities.
