The London Regional Employment Services team is leading the delivery of employment services in the City of London, the County of Middlesex, St. Thomas-County of Elgin, and the County of Oxford. Working with local service agencies and community partners, we offer a range of supports and programming to help individuals with their career and employment needs, along with meeting the skilled labour needs of our communities' employers.

Hours of Operation & Speed of Service
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays) or as otherwise posted.
During business hours, we are available to respond to your inquiries. If we are not immediately available, we will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry within two business days and provide a full response within five business days. For requests that are more complex, we will determine and relay an appropriate response time reflecting the complexity of the request. Appointments to meet with an Employment Services Provider case manager will be scheduled within five business days of your request.
If the person you are trying to reach is out of the office, their voice message and email response will let you know when they will return and who to contact in their absence.
