City commences annual resident satisfaction survey

This year's resident satisfaction phone survey will be conducted by the City of London in collaboration with Forum Research from September 16 to October 6, 2024.

Every year, the satisfaction survey gives Londoners a chance to voice their opinions and ideas about important issues facing our city. When a resident gets a call to take part in this private survey, they can anticipate questions about their quality of life, priorities, perceived value for their taxes, and contentment with the services and initiatives offered by the municipality.

Using random digit dialing (RDD) telephone techniques, a representative sample of 500 residents (18 years of age and older) will participate in the survey. Both landlines and cell phones will be used.

The survey is a key tool the City uses to gather input on local issues, make strategic choices, and ensure that organizational objectives and resident needs are aligned. When the survey results are released on london.ca in November 2024, they will be presented to Council.
